	IC PERMISSIONS » PHYSICAL AFFECTION considering part of the game's mechanics incorporates this, certain levels of physical affection are inevitable. bishamon is fully aware of this, and even begrudgingly accepts their function, but she will probably not be very happy about it. she is actually a fairly affectionate person once you get to know her, but she finds the mana exchange process to be crude and unintimate. so depending on the cr, she might be somewhat grumpy about it! outside of mana exchange, and depending on the situation and cr, she will probably just find it odd and off-putting or wind up rather flustered by it. she tends to carry herself rather formally and professionally, so it'd be a bit jarring in that regard. PHYSICAL VIOLENCE bring it. bishamon is a god of war, and as such is quiet skilled in various types of combat. while she tends to excel more when weapons are involved, she can definitely hold her own in a hand-to-hand fight as well. she has somewhat of a short fuse and sometimes defaults to reacting violently, but she definitely makes it a point to only lash out to people who either 1) "deserve" it and/or 2) can handle it. RELATIONSHIPS bishamon is a woman who is highly motivated by her compassion, so ideally it would be great for her to form strong bonds within the game to give her a sense of purpose. she tends to be very matronly, so "adopting" younger children is probably inevitable. as far as romance goes, it will be a fairly new concept for her because in her canon, gods were never meant to engage in such relationships in the first place. in fact, it may not even occur to her for a while that such a thing is applicable to her. PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION bishamon possesses great strength of will, and as such will likely be a tough shell to crack for mindreaders/telepaths. for those that attempt to do so, they will likely find a cold wall of will power keeping them at bay, and the more gifted will be able to discern a considerable amount of strain there... most of which, they'll find, she actually places on herself. MAGICAL INFORMATION for a visual representation of bishamon's mana signature, consider this image. like water, her mana can be calm and soothing or dangerous and torrential, depending on the situation and the other party involved in the exchange. generally, it will read like a gently flowing stream — transparent in the way she exposes herself and makes herself vulnerable to the exchange, and the fact she usually cannot properly hide her deeper emotions and turmoil; but misty and nebulous, too, because she still makes great attempts to try and tame her emotions, though there are cracks, and the times she doesn't try to hide her emotions, she winds up being quite bad at expressing them. MEDICAL INFORMATION N/A OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS bishamon tends to have pretty thick skin when it comes to most things, but some topics that will probably illicit a more visceral response from her are: family, duty/responsibility, justice, and protecting the innocent. 	1ˢᵗ IMPRESSIONS » VISUAL (official visual references can be found here and here) bishamon (without her heels) stands at 5'7" (172 cm), just slightly above average in height. she has straight, pale blonde hair (the anime has it colored sun-yellow while official manga art has her with a more platinum-blonde/silver shade, so for the sake of compromise and lack of confusion, i refer to it as "pale blonde") that is generally left untied, reaching as low as her ankles. she has fair skin and vivid purple eyes that tend to look almost cat-like, most especially when she is angry. she appears to be somewhere in her early- to mid-20's. she is slim but voluptuous, and though she still possesses the grace of a goddess, she tends to carry herself more with the poise and gravity of a high-ranking officer in the military. and for some reason she is usually depicted as wearing lipstick even though i'm pretty sure she doesn't... she just has really red lips, i guess?! for references for her attire, click here! AURAL (official japanese audio samples can be found here starting @ 0:38 and here starting @ 0:04; her japanese voice actor is miyuki sawashiro and her english voice actor is elizabeth maxwell) bishamon tends to be quite reticent, speaking only when she needs to and in a very precise and measured way. her typical octave registers more on the lower side, highlighting the seriousness with which she tends to carry herself. though it can often be curt and cold, there is a richness that hints at her deeper emotions. OLFACTORY apart from your typical smells (like sweat and soap and such), she will probably still retain a hint of water lilies in her scent. DEMEANOR she might actually initially come off as a bit of a stick-in-the-mud. her tendency for formality and politeness (as well as her military-esque way of conducting herself) usually gives off the impression that she is cold, unapproachable, and devoid of any humor. much of this is actually quite inaccurate of how she really is, but her professionalism keeps her from being too casual with people she has only just met. add that to the fact that she will be struggling with suddenly being mortal/human, it will make for some rigid first impressions. a closer look will actually find her somewhat awkward, too, from quiet (almost shy, and often at inopportune or inappropriate moments) attempts at jokes to a too-military-esque way of responding to things. despite her youthful looks, she does tend to carry herself as if she were much older.
